Dear Stakeholders,

We are pleased to present our first Sustainability Report. This important publication gives us an opportunity to not only take stock of the progress we have made but also showcase the results of a journey we began some time ago – one that has shaped our company for the better.

While we are not required to report under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) – introduced by the European Union to improve the quality and comparability of ESG information – we feel that it is important to align with its principles and guidance, recognising the value of structured, transparent disclosure.

Through this report we will share our commitment to a sustainable development model, mindful of the role businesses such as ours must play in the transition to a fairer, more resilient economy. Our vision is – and always has been – to create long-term economic, social, and environmental value for our stakeholders, our colleagues, and the communities in which we operate.

However, reporting figures alone is no longer enough. We must provide perspective, too. Therefore, this report details our results, commitments, objectives, and visions within a medium- to long-term timeframe. It also reflects the values that define us as a company and a group of people: innovation, culture, history, curiosity, openness to new ideas, a passion for research, inclusion through knowledge, diversity as a source of shared enrichment, and a commitment to people and to local and national traditions.

For more than 45 years Cama Group has met the technological challenges of our sector. And, above all, our experience has shown that people are at the heart of the most forward-looking innovation. Indeed, a close-knit community, proud of its work, remains the most tangible guarantee and enabler of growth and progress.

The results in this report demonstrate exactly that.
